Mr. Eddie Taber
Mr. Taber joined Oakdale in the fall of 2024, bringing with him almost four decades of teaching experience in music and band. He is a graduate of Evangel University, with a degree in Music Education. In addition, he holds a Master’s degree in Music Education from McNeese State University. Mr. Taber leads our 4th Grade - 12th Grade music and band students.
He and his family were former missionaries to India. He is privileged to work alongside his wife, Mrs. Rosemind Taber, Logic & Rhetoric Department Head. He is father to four grown children, and grandfather to two beautiful grandchildren. Mr. Taber serves on the Deacon Board of his local church.
