Why do you believe in CCE? What we enjoy today, namely modern civilization, was built over millennia and came in fits and starts. I try to always remember that what we enjoy is due the sacrifices of others over many generations. What attracted us to Classical Christian Education was the focus on the study of Western Civilization, the virtues that have been passed down from our forebears, the mistakes made that we must learn from, and all of it through the lens of Jesus and his teachings recorded in the Bible. Everything is connected and this form of education seeks to find those connections and along the way develop the whole person (the soul), rather than imparting facts and figures.
Family: Wife (Kristen); three daughters, two of whom attend Oakdale and a third who's almost old enough to join.
