Dr. Elizabeth Burkel
Dr. Burkel serves as the 6th grade and Logic School science teacher at Oakdale Academy. She has a degree in Biology and worked in the health science field for 17 years. She loves working with children and has volunteered in children’s ministry at her local church for over 20 years. Dr. Burkel has a passion to help children grow in knowledge and character while looking for the true, the beautiful, and the good in the created world. She and her husband have two children and have been a part of Oakdale since their oldest began school in 2017.
