Mr. Chad Lewis
Mr. Lewis is an instructor in Logic, Latin, Rhetoric, Apologetics, and Literature at Oakdale Academy, and has served as a teacher of Sumerian, Akkadian, Canaanite, Aramaic, Hebrew, Syriac, Greek, and Latin. His passion is for learning and teaching, and for training a new generation of young people Classical academics and religious truths from a Christian worldview so that they may serve as bold and obedient ambassadors for Christ.
He is a senior pastor of a local church and brings to the classroom 16 years of experience as a teacher at a classical Christian school and 2 years of experience as a college professor at William Tyndale College. He has also lectured abroad in England, Scotland, and Hawaii for Youth With A Mission for the past 15 years.
He is author of the book The Sanctuary of the Soul, published in 2013 by Westbow Press, and a member of the American Academy of Religion and the Journal for Religious Studies.
